Steven M. Kass, EA is a Business Transformation Consultant & Tax Professional with over 40 years of experience in organizational strategy, Steven Kass specializes in aligning and transforming business processes through people, technology, and innovative solutions. As Managing Director of Alignment Partners, he guides organizations through strategic planning, global program implementation, and sustainability.

Steve also holds an Enrolled Agent designation, enabling him to represent clients before Federal and State tax authorities. Before consulting, he spent 25 years in executive roles on Wall Street, including with MF Global and Lehman Brothers, where he managed corporate strategy and M&A.

Steve earned his B.S. in Accounting from SUNY Binghamton and an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill. He serves on several corporate and non-profit boards and enjoys family time, cycling, golf, and pickleball.
