Patty Bertoline is a business professional with experience in operations, administration, and customer service. Patty offers years of experience after spending most of her career in a Corporate Retail environment before transitioning to the nonprofit sector. Patty states, “Before I came to work at Book Fairies, I had no idea how many children and schools on Long Island did not have access to books. I feel very fortunate to be a part of such a wonderful cause. I get to go to work every day and be surrounded by the most wonderful people, all working together to achieve a common goal! Interacting with our DayHab volunteers and providing them with a job & purpose while helping us get the books where they need to go, is very rewarding.
