Kelly McGarrity is a Store Director / Group Community Captain for 13+ years with Target in NY Metro and the Long Island market. She works with the CSR / D&I teams leveraging her muti-unit Community Engagement, Volunteerism, and Non-Profit experience to help build thriving and sustainable communities that Target does business in. She is passionate and humble to lead one of the most diverse teams in the company who also ranks #1 for volunteerism. She is responsible for multi-million-dollar revenue growth through in-store and digital platforms that brings JOY to guests in a complex NYC market. Kelly is eager to work with Book Faires to help distribute books and provide equitable opportunities for kids to learn grow and thrive in our under-resourced communities.
