Stewart Pollak
Stewart is the founding partner in the Law Office of Stewart Pollak. Stewart represents individuals in sophisticated estate and tax planning matters as well as in the preparation of Wills and all types of trust agreements. Stewart also serves as legal counsel to Executors and to Trustees in all facets of the administration of simple and complicated estates and trusts including the preparation of estate and gift tax returns. In addition, Stewart is involved in estate and trust litigation, such as disputed Wills, difficult probate proceedings and contested accountings. Along with lectures on trust and estate topics, Stewart has been published in Newsday in the “Ask The Expert” section.
Stewart holds a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law. He lives in Syosset with his wife and two daughters.
