Michael is a corporate transactional attorney at Nixon Peabody LLP. His practice is focused on the representation of both public and private companies in business law and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings. Michael also regularly advises health care clients on a broad spectrum of issues unique to the healthcare industry, such as emerging developments in private equity investments in health care companies, merger and acquisition of physician practices and healthcare providers, and joint ventures with business corporations, as well as tax-exempt hospitals. Nixon Peabody is an international law firm with over 600 attorneys.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the State University of New York at Albany and Law Degree from Hofstra University. Michael is currently serving as the President of the Hofstra Law Alumni Association.
Michael was born and raised on Long Island and currently lives in East Northport with his wife and two children.
