Lisa Brighton is a Corporate Social Responsibility Professional at CA Technologies; a NY based software organization, where she manages several areas of the company’s global philanthropic efforts. This includes wide-ranging partnerships and support to community organizations, employee volunteerism and matching gifts. Lisa manages the signature STEM focused initiative via CA Technologies’ partnership with The Boys & Girls Clubs of America, known as Tech Girls Rock. She is an advocate for the advancement of women and girls, especially as it relates to the IT industry, and was invited and attended the 2015 White House Science Fair and has spoken at CGI America around these efforts.
Lisa was part of the team that campaigned vigorously around a local vote that would result in the creation of The Elwood Library. Lisa believes strongly in the importance of literacy and access to books for all and is very excited to work with The Book Fairies on its mission.
Lisa lives in Huntington, NY with her family and golden doodle. She loves gardening and reading a great book on shores of Long Island.
